I have live at McKnight Village for 2 years & am disappointed ! I have numerous pests, including mice, it is disgusting ! I have called the management on several occasions, including the management office in Minneapolis, MN. Poor response. I agree it is unsafe area but they now have a security guard, on duty, which I have never seen '!! I have suggested a neighborhood watch group, that would include any tenants that would be interested & did not get a positive response from the flyers I posted. I also have poor water quality in my apartment such as poor water pressure & odor problems. The office staff is not friendly & appears unconcerned about issues raised. My rent has been raised every year of my lease renewal. I would NOT recommend renting at this complex.

Im moving to Mcknight Village in a couple of weeks. I hope the building I'm moving to is good. I think a neighborhood watch thing would be great.

After the recent thefts I think should we should start a watch group, I didn't see your flyer but we should get together to get things rolling

**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
