We havent been here too long and so far we have had nothing but good experiences. The management is polite and professional. Maintnance is great. Always there to lend a hand especially after these last snow storms. I have never lived anywhere where the maintnance staff was so polite. The neighbors are great too. It was great to see them all come together to help out other neighbors that were stuck and helping the elderly residents move their cars and help get them unstuck. As for the problems that had happened, management has gone above and beyond to help resolve these problems.
We havent seen one bug unless it was a box elder bug. The buildings are kept clean adn the caretakers are on top of everything. I have read plenty of these reviews before we moved in and were kind of weary. But once we moved in, we saw that this place wasnt bad at all.

ALERT Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
