I am moving to this apartment in a couple weeks and i sure do hope that alot of this is not true! Everyone needs to stand up for them selves. it sounds to me like they are just using this website to complain. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT if you dont like it

Hello, I haven't had any problems while living in McKnight Village. I live in 165 and the care takers are extremely nice, my neighbors are nice, everyone says hi to you, whether they know you or not. You create your own reality. If you want to look at all the negative tings, they'll be there, but if you want to focus on all the positives of Mcknight Village, I think you'll be very happy.

I have complained about things, but there is only so much you can do. Everything that you are reading is true. I would run the other way if I were you.

Easily said from someone who doesn't live here yet... I'd hold off on these kinds of comments until you live here and run into an issue that doesn't get resolved.... Not saying anything bad about this place but something???s are "easier said then done". You haven't lived here to come across is this manner, but thanks for your review...

"Create your own reality," sounds like you are ! Many tenants have issues that remained unresolved per the management staff or the property management company who own this property. I can provide a long list of issues in my building that are not resolved !

**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
