I lived at McKnight Village for 5 years. I liked to floor plans and pool and the fact that my rent never went up the whole time I lived there (which is why I stayed so long). I can tell you that the maintenance was slow and the quality of the work was poor. When I need to speak to the office staff they always had an attitude and were rude and short. The only time the staff was nice is when they called to ask why we were moving. There was no place for kids to play and for the biggest outdoor pool in St. Paul it was always an issue for you to bring guests. I had large centipides and water bugs in my unit. I am sure I left just in time. There were people using drugs in the parking lot outside my house and music was blarring at all hours of the night. The property was going down hill.I know this is alot of negitive but this is how it was for me.

**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
