I loved this place. I had a 8 foot sliding glass door and brand new carpet and new counter tops. The price is high for a college student however with a room mate it is reasonable. Another plus is that they have Multiband which makes the cable and internet affordable. I was a waitress and would come home around 2:30am and I always felt safe and always found a spot. They plow all of the time, good thing is that you can diver around the block(when they are plowing) and park. You are right next to a great park! good for rollerblading and biking. It is generally quiet. I would not recommend getting an apt that faces the enterance of the building (people are rude). you can hear everything. Also I lived right next to the elevator and that was loud.

ALERT Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!!
