**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right!

I AM STARTING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THESE PEOPLE FOR DISCRIMINATION, RETALIATION, ETHICS VIOLATIONS, AND OVERALL POOR TREATMENT OF GOOD RENTERS!!!

Completely agree! I have lived there for years, but due to management change, I am now looking for a new space when my lease is up in 2 months!! She treats people unfairly and picks favorites!
