Continued IGNORANCE!!! Discrimination has caused 40% turnover in residents!

RESPECT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! SPEND IT WHERE IT IS RESPECTED!!!
**ALERT** Future Tenants be aware that this WAS a Premiere Property until the new leasing manager took over in Sept. 2007. This property has had a steady increase of Police calls for various drug reports as well as indecent behavior including but not limited to minor alcohol consumption on the exterior grounds of the property. All reports from tenants are ignored. I am being retaliated against for my reporting that activity on the property. I have been a renter here for 4 years and am being threatened with eviction for just protecting our property! Last I checked it was my right!
IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR ON ANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BT&A CONSTRUCTION PLEASE CALL LAURIE AT THE CHANNEL 9 NEWS DESK AT 952-946-5767 AND REPORT YOUR STORY AND EXPERIENCE WITH HER TO VALIDATE THESE CLAIMS AND OUR INTEGRITY AS RENTERS!!! I AM STARTING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THESE PEOPLE FOR DISCRIMINATION, RETALIATION, ETHICS VIOLATIONS, AND OVERALL POOR TREATMENT OF GOOD RENTERS!!!
