Im finishing up my 1st and last year here. overall mears park is a good place to live. parking can suck if you aren't carefull to follow all the street signs. if you are a non smoker like myself you may smell your neighbors smoking in their apts. its kinds gross but i got used to it.

if you have a bike KEEP IT IN YOUR APT!!!! there has been a lot of bike thefts in the garage. besides that its a pretty safe and secure building. if you work downtown i would definatly recomend living here. its a lot cheaper than living in galtier.

oh and i also HIGHLY recomend the dentist office located in the skyway level of the building. i've been to 8 different dentist over the years. the dr's in the skyway dental office are the best i've ever met. they actually showed that they care about the long term health of their clients teeth.
