I would like to start off by saying, I wish I could have posted this sooner. I sadly moved out a few months ago for different job opportunities. If I could pick up Mears Park Apartments and bring it with me, I would.
MPPA was my first home on my own fresh out of college. I was a bit scared walking into the real world for my first time but I went into it with complete confidence.
Being that I used the word home I would like to further explain. MPPA brought me comfort, security, joy and well-being. I was delightfully surprised by the welcoming staff, residents, grounds and safety. The satisfaction never decreased but only exceeded through the years that I lived there.
On top of what I previously mentioned there were many other bonuses that include of the following... workout facility, tanning, sauna, pool, underground parking, controlled entry, free movie rentals, guest parking passes, paid utilities, green friendly, controlled court yard, laundry and MOST importantly safety and security.
The atmosphere and people around me was glowing. It was a community working for each other. Everyone was always happy to help and do whatever it was to get the job done. The maintenance staff would fix any problem promptly and if it was only a concern or in questioning, they would treat it the same way.
MPPA was a great place to live and I would highly recommend living there. The honest and professional staff, residents and community made my 1st move extremely memorable.
