I would have to agree with the other review on this place. Montreal courts USED to be a nice place to live. Now I am very glad to not be there. There is constant crime and constant hassle from the management. The management at this place is the worst that I have ever seen. They are VERY unprofessional and do nothing to help with any problem that arises. They have JERKS working in the office who like to talk down to people and constantly do this because the management does not address this issue. The management is basically letting anyone into the buildings(trash, gang members, prostitutes, sexual perps) and this is not a place that you would want to live with your children.

I'm very surprised by your comments! You must live in a different building than I do. Plus, everytime I've needed to have work done in my apartment or had a question, the management has been great!
