Not a good place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
If you can afford $40 dollars more, You will find much better(Cleaner) place to live than this.

Corridors Stink, Very poor maintenance.
Stains all over the carpet in general area.
Management is not at all helpful.
