Cheap living, but never felt safe

I lived at 336 Labore Road for a year, 2004-2005. This place was awful. I've got two young children and never felt safe with them in these apartments. My neighbors upstairs constantly had loud parties, cops were fequently called to the complex, the laundry facilities were always dirty, hall ways and entrance were always smelly and the carpets were stained.
I would ever suggested this place to anyone. And the only reason I rented there is because of the cheap rents. You get what you pay for I guess.
