I moved out of this trash pit some months back and the nightmares are just now beginning to go away so that I can sleep again! There is absolutely NOTHING good about this place: no parking, ghetto apartments, corrupt management, rampant crime, loud noise at all hours of the day, boxcelder bug infestation during the year and much much more! If (god forbid) you do decide to rent here, be advised that they will sock you for all kinds of ridiculous charges when you move out (everyone I know had to pay $160 for repainting, even when the walls where left in great shape!). Also be aware that any positive reviews on this site were most likely left by the management trying to salvage their reputation (I have this on extremely good authority from somebody who saw them doing it one day!). I know the rent is cheap, but I implore you, for your own sake, spend a few extra dollars per month and move someplace that is actually fit to live in (except if you're a drug user/dealer, criminal, hooker, trashy or just have a death wish)!
