Dirty, Run Down Un-Safe, & Horrible Management!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
This is a plea for all of those who are considering living in these apartments.....Please don't, for your own safety!!! The buildings are falling apart literally, there is garbage in the halls, cigarrette butts, broken heaters, graffitti and broken windows. Not to mention the fact that it smells like rotting garbage in the halls, there are un-supervised children running thru the halls all hours of the day.
Garages- Broken
Pools- Dirty, Urine filled
Security- None
Rental office- Don't Care
Laundry Rooms- Disgusting
Parking Lots- Your car WILL get broken into
Trash Dumpsters- Will be lit on fire at least once during the summer.
Secured Entrances- Will be SHOT out by the many hoodlums running around at night.
Buildings/Neighbors- Drug Raids, SWAT TEAM, Women getting beat up by their boyfriends, constant smell of weed!
Police- Don't Care!!!
Apartments- Rusty appliances, old stained carpeting, no hot water, cracks in walls, everthing needs to be fixed or replaced.....
I think I have proved my point by now......
