I lived in this place for two years & it's not as bad as some people say. The staff was always nice to me but other residents told me different. I did have my UNLOCKED garage broken into & they smashed the lock off, notice it was unlocked. The staff got this fixed the next day no questions asked. When I moved there I didn't know they were a Section 8 property & they didn't let me know that & I think that's where all the gang members come into play that hang out in the parking lots. I have heard of cloths being stolen from the laundry machines but it never happened to me. I also read a story about a police dog being shot dead by one of the residents who two seconds later got paid back. The parking lot at nite is a playground for punks to dig in open cars or smash the windows of locked cars which is evident from the glass on the ground. So to wrap this up I would recommend if you are a nice family looking for an apartment this isnt the place for you. If you are a single GUY that doesn't get bothered buy some gang & drug activity then this place isn't that bad.
