I agree this is a posting from the crooked --- office.....they are not in touch with the problems that go on at this apartment complex and they are so dubious they try to ruin your rental credit so that you are held hostage in this dump...it did not used to be this way but since the management has taken over it has gotten worse..i think if they would let bryan rodgers run the place the way he would like i think the place would be alot better....He is a kind man that actually cares about the tenants and know many of them by name ..until the management which is located in north dakota or south dakota get personal with apartment complex and how it is ran on a day to day basis i do not forsee the conditions getting any better. Also there are drug dealer,drug users,pedophiles,gang bangers,oh and the 1 tooth hooker that will suck your @@@@ for a dollar,and thieves that break into your car at will, living out there.The parking lot is a hot spot for the dumping of stolen cars.The janitor steve steals things out the apartments and he smokes weed up on the 3rd floor where there is roof access. Stevev has so much stuff from people's apartments that he occupies 2 apartments in montreal courts. This guy is a crook employed by the apartment complex for well over 15 years. Fire him and you are headed in the right direction. The whole maintainance team is a joke. Also heat in the winter time non existent but If you are late on your rent they do not heistate to take you court but call them to fix the heat and you will not heat from them....Oh and the outdoor pool is nasty and they are always late opening it up. The tenants let their babies swim in regular diapers can you say that is just nasty with me....
