I love this place, I moved here for a year with my friend and then moved to another place with 2 of my other friends. As soon as that lease was up I moved right back to Montreal Courts. I love my building, it's clean, quiet, and secure. Any time I ever have a problem I know I can just call the office or maintenance and it'll be taken care of.

You've got to be kidding. I deliver pizza to this complex and have for years. It has gone nowhere but downhill. I would NEVER live here. The security doors used to all be open, but now that they are locked, it looks like stuff's gotten even worse. YUCK! This place is the ghetto of Little Canada.
