I have lived here a few years and the whole time my upstairs neighbors have been loud 24/7. Up until about a year ago my downstairs neighbors were loud after hours. The new tenants that live below me are troublemakers. They think they own the damn place, telling you not to do something then reporting it to the office as well. They constantly slam their patio door and if they want to talk to someone in the courtyard they just yell across the courtyard. The "Animal Building" (351) is unreal! Dog owners on the first floor never put their animals on a leash or clean up after them, there are rotts on the third floor and people on the second floor put their animals on the balconies to do their business. People in building 425 set a construction dumpster on fire on 10/04/08 and grill under the trees. Management is a joke, they go after the good tenants but look the other way with the bad ones. No wonder people with a brain are getting out ASAP or not even moving in at all. The indoor pool is being replaced with who knows what and none of the tenants were ever asked their opinion. For some of us the indoor pool was a reason for moving in here. I know it was for me. When they show prospective tenants the apartments they show the fancy, clean, nice models. None of the real apartments are even close to the models. I can hardly wait to find somewhere else to live once my lease is up. This place isn't worth the high rent they charge then raise willy nilly and lie about.
