The Staff did a great job(Bryan) was very helpful with a rental history issue that I had encountered while attempting to begin renting at another location. The last location that I had rented was about 4 years ago(Montreal Courts), and while Bryan was busy at the office he took the time to go through all of his rental systems to look up the period of time that I rented from Montreal Courts. He even went out of his way and read off all of my history while I was at the location and discussed how I could go about using that information for future renting - even though I did not fulfill a lease with Montreal Courts 4 years ago he was still very courteous and professional, especially considering the fact that I told him that I was looking to rent from a competitor. What really impressed me was that he took the time to create a written letter explaining why my rental history should still be in good standings even though I did not fulfill my 1 year lease. Thanks again Bryan!

Brian was the only good thing. Monica used to be but since becoming manager she has slipped a bit.
