This apartment complex has knowingly violated the fire code on several locations. The most recent is when I called the office asking them if it was their intentions to have two of the three doors in the building locked from the inside while they were NOT doing any repairs to the steps. Dave in the front office told me it was their intention to do this. I explained that if there was a fire, the residents would be forced to exit one small side door. He said "he didn't care".

This problem was soon fixed after I called the Little Canada Fire Chief.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Every bad review prior to this is correct!!

I'm a recent resident of Montreal Courts also. Do you have problem with your deposit? Montreal Courts keep all my deposit expect $3.20 and gave me stupid deductions like professional cleaning.
