This place is only if you are looking for inconvenience which includes lack of parking, constant management intrusions, unprofessional staff (especially after the initial leasing process they are very kind when they want you to sign) Parking sucks - move you loose transporting groceries etc to your apartment sucks. Most of the time you have to walk a half mile to get to your apartment because of parking, then when you get there the locks are always broken. The property is infested will bugs and poorly maintained. Laundry sucks and is VERY inconvenient. You have to use a laundry card which you can only refill in the office building, which is terrible after or before hours. So you have to wait til they open, travel to the office, then back to your apartment and hike it to the Laundry room back and forth. They need to use coins or put the machine in the ONE laundry room that you share with hundreds of people. The fire alarms are constantly going off and you feel like you are living in the projects. There was a fire yesterday in one of the buildings and several apartments were affected and they are getting a bomb deal cuz they didn't have renters insurance due to an idiot's mistake. Glad it wasn't me and will not be renewing my lease along with others. Don't rent hear.
