I have lived here for 2 years have 2 kids and they love it. This place has came along way from new decks to new siding. I have never had a issue finding a place to park here. The office is open 7 days a week with 24 hour emergency maintenance. If your looking for a apartment i recommend it...

Another positive review from the office. The noise is ridiculous, maintenance could use some work and as for parking there is none. People are forced to rent garages because there is a major shortage of parking from "visitors", maintenance and construction vehicles, apartments that have multiple vehicles and office staff parking in lots other than the one in front of the office. Just recently they decided to make the office lot off limits from 8am-8pm but they couldn't legally enforce it until 3 days after they typed up the notices because they were not delivered until August 16 which was 2 days after the noticed stated it would go into effect. Anything to screw over those paying their wages.

I could be wrong here, but isn't it a priority to the management to follow up on your lease? Isn't it a priority to them to know if your moving out or not? Instead, they hold you hostage and don't tell you anything and force you to stay longer. I was one day late to tell the office and they through the lease in my face. Come on!!! Every place that I've ever lived made it a priority to know if you were moving out or not. Not this place. They do nothing to help our their tenants. You are a check to them, that's all!
