Northwood Villa

So so From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived in Northwood Villa for a year. The caretaker was crabby and into everyone's business. The air conditioner leaked water so it couldn't be left on for long periods of time or there would be a puddle on the floor. Despite complaining, management never fixed it in the year that I lived there. Found out later that mold had started to grow underneath the carpet. I was happy to get out of there. Theft was also a problem...while I was there, several cars were stolen out of the parking lot.
