Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Rent was recently raised, however building improvements are needed. Outdated living kitchen cabinets, flooring, and bathrooms. Apartment was not clean when I moved in. Balconies composed of old rotted wood with paint chipping off and numerous nails sticking out. Pool rules not enforced....multiple friends and families of residents use pool daily. I have given up on using the laundry room altogether....it has been given no cleaning attention in the last 3 months. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
