It's a decent place to live, and I find the apartment to be pretty spacious. I love the location, your close to the mall, highways, and St. Paul. Beware however, the apartment above me has very squeky floors. The building is old, and back then they used wooden floors instead of concrete. I have a very heavyset man that lives above me and I can hear everything he does. It sounds like he goes bowling in his living room sometimes. Also, the bathroom fan is horribly loud and that's annoying, because you can tell when your neighbor below or above you is going to the bathroom. I run out of hot water quite a bit in the bathroom too. It is true what the last reviewer said, the decks are horrible. They are small and the wood is cracked and nails are sticking out. I like this apartment, don't get me wrong. The office has been nothing but nice, we had a problem with the fridge the first night we moved in and they were out the next day. The laundry is decent priced $1.00 to wash & $1.00 to dry. They except cats - great! The appliances are new and so was the carpet. It's been pleasant, except for the "bowler" upstairs and the bathroom. Good luck looking!
