In my experience, Northwood Villa was a great place to live in the time being. I never had any such problems with management or maintenance. In fact, the maintenance was very quick at responding to your needs. Plus, the management was super nice and you could tell they enjoyed having you as a resident. Overall, I would recommend this appartment. I already recommended this to a couple people I know looking for appartments.
