A few key notes if you decide to rent here:
1.Management won't respond to any issues you have, they act nice until they get you to sign a lease, then all you are is a rent check to them. Be sure to get the emergency maintainance number the day you move in to fix anything you find wrong, as you'll have to call them directly to have anything fixed.
2.Many of the residents have dogs, if you enjoy loud barking and the smell of feces, by all means move here.
3.The apartment we lived in had many flaws, including water leaking causing ceiling damage as well damage to our furniture, a security door with a broken lock the majority of the time we were here, and really thin walls. (Many of nights we slept in our living room because the neighbor upstairs had a dog that stayed up all hours of the night barking and running around.)
On the plus side, there is a pretty big parking lot, which floods when it rains causing a giant river to form. The maintainance staff is pretty nice, and responded rather quickly to looking at problems, but took a while to fix them. Needless to say, the lease wasn't renewed.

OV sucks. They didn't ice the sidewalks in the winter either and many people including elderly struggled not to fall. I called the emergency number and some guy who sounded drunk instructed me to leave a message after the beep. Yeah right. The parking is so bad, if you got home after 7 you'd be lucky to find a parking space for the night. I got a warning ticket the next day for parking in the "future tenant" spot because I take the bus to work and didn't get to my car until after work. I was so angry I threw the stupid ticket on the ground and someone in the office saw me and fined me $50 for littering. Save your money folks, DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
