My girlfriend who lives here with me told me maybe a week or 2 before we got security on the premesis seen about 20 squad cars outside with an investigative team' what was that about' also about maybe 6 to 8 months ago she told me she read(I dont remember if it was in 1 of those suburban newspapers or the pioneer press) that a woman in the 1200 or 1300 block of Gentry ave. called police after hearing gunshots in a hallway and when police arrived they found no victims but apparently 20 minutes later someone showed up at Regions hospital showed up with gun shot wounds and was uncooperative with police and it was suspected that may be the person from Gentry. I wonder if the incident from 6 to 8 months ago and the incident that was more recent were related being the 2nd 1 may have been some kind of retaliation. can anyone shed some light' Also we need assigned parking here. We live towards main office building and work 2nd shift and always have to walk from visitor parking or sometimes even the lot way the hell in the back and it sucks because sometimes we have a million things to carry in. that whole back lot is alot bigger than the lot near the office and I get annoyed when I see people who live in that 1 building that faces the post office(12th street) using our lot when they live just a few feet extra from the big lot in back. So to break it down basicly, why is it that 3 buildings get 1 small a** lot to use, and 2 get 1 really big 1. doesnt make any sense and I also suspect that visitors are parking in resident lot because I do see vehicles that stick out and dont look like you see them here all the time, so therefore staff isnt doing there job to make sure visitors arent parking in resident. Oh, and this is to the people doing break ins and burglaries on the premesis, If I ever catch you trying to get in my apartment or in my car you better actually hope someone is calling the police because you will need them to help save you being you will get a bullet in your a** or a louisville slugger to your dome
