the community is very nice when concerning residents. a problem we have is concerning parking. I would highly avoid living here if you work a 3rd shift job. There is an average of 2 cars per household and unfortunately our parking lot is not designed for this. Getting a garage is possible if you can afford the extra $50 per month. it seems as though the management does whats right for them and not for the tenants. There used to be security guards on premises, however they seem to have disappeared. The positive notes I would make about the community would be that there are a lot of friendly residents and pets around. The occasional community get-together's in the courtyard area are very nice too.
