I currently live at these apartments and it is a good value for the price. Whenever we had a problem the management company was very pleasant and responded to our inquiries quickly and efficiently. They are very transparent.

I was very impressed with the maintenance. The maintenance guy is very friendly and he does stellar work. Our refrigerator was leaking water, and he came in and explained the problem and quickly fixed it the same day we called in.

The railroad tracks are a minus but they really don't bother me unless I'm watching a movie with the windows open. There is plenty of parking and the location is great. You're 15 minutes from everywhere. That is why we renewed for 14 more months. It's been a good experience so far, these aren't luxury apartments by any means, but they do have a few amenities, like a gas grill with picnic area and a heated pool.

The staff is really friendly, especially the caretakers. It's hard to find a combo like that, but park pointe is a good not great.
