Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
It is not worthy the price: at nearly $900 (exclude water and electric), all you have is an old apartment in the middle of nowhere. Yes, it is close to Como park, but nobody works there. It is also not really convenient to the downtown. The biggest headache is too close to railroad (50 feet), which has a train passes every 20-30 minutes and each time it takes 5 minutes. The sound and the vibration from the passing train is so overwhelming that it keeps me awake awake for several nights and also keeps or more depends on how strong your brain is. Other defects include the irresponsible management and the stringent lease.
