I've been living here at Pondview since late November and I don't understand what the last response from 3/18/04 is about. I saw the plow trucks come through like 3 times a day when it was snowing out. Maybe it's because I live on the otherside of the building that I noticed it... but don't say something unless you know the facts. Not to mention, not once did I see a plow truck that said PONDVIEW on the side, they don't own it and the one time I called to the office to see if they were plowing, I was told that they too were under the impression that plowing would happen but the plow company (KEY WORK PLOW COMPANY) didn't come. It's not managments fault.
Like I said, I'm on the pool side where the kids usually play and GIVE ME A BREAK! Kids play! Sure sometimes it's louder than other times, but again HOW IS THAT THE MISMANAGING OF THE OFFICE' If you want a kid free zone than move to a community that doesn't allow kids.
I have no idea what building that person lives in, but the garage in my building is clean. Sure every now and than someone puts something in a garage spot, but it's usually gone within a day or two. And have you ever thought of maybe calling the office and asking for assistance instead of spreading lies'
I think it's hard for some people to remeber that this is community living and if they want things to be TO THEIR STANDARDS, than buy a house in the middle of the country.
Pondview is a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone. If you're reading this and thinking of moving here, come look at it and come to your own conclusion before taking the word of someone who is obviously just an all around unpleasent person.
And... if you're affraid of leaving your name or e-mail address, than you know it's a LIE!
