My husband and I lived at Pondview for a few years and recently moved from Pondview because we bought a house after our wedding. Before leaving Pondview, I met one of the new Managers named Katie and she was great. I don't recall meeting The the other manager, but I've heard great things about them and have noticed an improvment around the property. Before moving, Katie was very helpful in all our needs and she even helped my father in law with some of the boxes he was struggling with when we moved. It was things like that and people like her that made living there worth it.
I've read the last few reviews from people who complain, but in MY OPINION... you get treated the way you treat people. Have you ever thought MAYBE it's the residents and not the managment that sometimes makes things bad. I didn't always LOVE my neighbors, but if a problem came about, I was helped by caretakers and managment right away.
If you're thinking about moving to this property, you should FOR SURE go and look. Meet the staff and take in to consideration that everyone has an opinion and it's sad that it's usually only the bad ones that are voiced. Have you ever had a problem with a company and TRIED to make everyone see it your way.... even when it was isolated and you know it. Looks to me thats what is happening here.
To the staff... keep up the great work.
