I've lived at Pondview for the last few years. I have had several maintenance requests, and all have been handled promptly (including new stove & dishwasher). The place is quiet and we face a nature area where we see deer, pheasant, and other critters on a regular basis. Laundry facilities are very adequate, but a little expensive: $1.25 to wash or dry. They are re-doing the center tennis court right now - I'm not sure if it'll be a new tennis court or something else, but it was in very poor condition. The basketball court is still in poor condition. The pool is very nice, and well kept. Underground parking is very nice - spots are pretty big for underground. Outside parking is adequate, but several tenants have boats or trailers parked permanently in the front rows, which is kind of annoying. All the windows, including the sliding deck door are double, so it's well insulated for summer and winter. Heat is water, and works real well - I keep it pretty toasty in the winter. In the summer, the AC unit is in the living room, so I have to use several fans to get the cool air to the bedroom - but that's pretty common in apartments I suppose. They have SERIOUS issues with getting snow removed from the lot in the winter. They also tend to jack up your rent if you don't sign a 12 month lease. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
