This place is undergoing lots of construction right now because the management is trying to improve the property. I've never had any problems with the management when questions I have questions. I'm surrounded by smokers and My apartment has never smelled like smoke unless I leave the patio door open and the windows. Sure the constuction has taken a while but I'm willing to bet that the improvements will be well worth the wait. I think the person who complained about the property is angry. I think they would cause problems where ever they end up.

I understand that you may think I'm angry... but unfortunately I'm angry for a reason. We've tried so hard to leave this terrible place because our apartment in particular is letting in smoke even when windows and doors are closed, and I'm very sensitive. We asked management before we moved in if there was excessive smoking here, and we were clearly lied to. Otherwise we would not have moved here. We had an inspector come and prove us correct... yet the Pondview management has been horrible, lying to us on the phone and in person, not providing anything in writing after numerous requests to have our apartment fixed. Once again, I strongly urge people to not rent here... there are some serious problems with this property and the management.
