I have to commit about the smoke. I have lived here for 3 years and the smoking is getting so bad. I have enjoyed living at Pondview and plan on staying for a couple more years, however, something needs to be done about the smoking. I enjoy having my windows and patio door open to get FRESH AIR into the apartment, but its impossible with smokers all around. Why can't Pondview have a smoke free building' I would be there in a minute and willing to pay a little bit more rent. Health is really important to me and my family. I have kids that are exposed to smoke in their own home and we don't even smoke. I'm just sick by this.

Understandable, but you cant restrict people from smoking on thier patios. Im assuming this has been worse for you since you got downstairs neighbors that smoke? Im sorry this is an issue for you, but I have lived here just as long as you, and rarely is ever smell smoke in my apartment, with all the windows wide open.

To 2565Ivy, obviously you haven't heard about the Clean Air Act! why should this person put up with second hand smoke and jeopardize their health because someone else wants to kill themselves slowly. like i said, look up the CLEAN AIR ACT and you will think twice saying this above.

Thank You beethovenmorart25. I just had someone move in downstairs from me and can you believe that they smoke in their bathrooms and turn on the fans! Well, guess where it goes??? In my bathrooms. Unbelievable!
2565Ivy - I guess you are a lucky one. Do you want to trade apartments????
