Pondview Apartments

Alright From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived at pondview for a couple of months and it has its ups and downs. I would say that there is a strong smoke smell in the hallways, but I never had it be a problem in the laundry room. Maintence did a great job fixing the bathtub when it needed to be fixed, and with the construction I found it never to be a problem. Management is helpful at times, but also seem to be forgetful, but that happens. I do feel I pay a lot for a two bedroom apartment compared to other places. I would have to say I have a great view of the pond and the trees. The one big problem I have is that the fire alarms always go off for no reason that has to get fixed! Overall I find it a good place to live. As long as they get the alarms fixed.
