I have lived here for over a year with my dog and boyfriend. I could not be happier with every aspect of this community. The office staff is over the top friendly and always on top of things. I once called to report a broken washer, I really thought nothing of the fact that I had lost my money, just happens I thought. The next day the managment had put an envelope under my door with double what I had lost for the inconvience!! I couldn't believe they would take the time to do something like that when I told them not to worry about it and that it was no big deal. The maintaince staff is always speedy, I have had a few problems with things that I have broke and they were there to fix it within the hour! They even came to change my light bulbs when I was unable to reach and my boyfriend wasn't home. I saddly have to move due to work re-location and have been looking for a new place for months, nothing compares! I am very sad to leave, I only hope that I am able to find something this amazing somewhere else!
*Somebody had made a negative comment about the pool. . . .I went there almost everyday this summer and there was a very friendly man CLEANING and MAINTAINING the pool every morning! I normally hate public pools and this one was never an issue!

I have had problems with borken washers and reported them, and i have never gotten any money back! Nor do the washers get fixed right away. Also, they finally did get someone new for the pool this year, so it was clean. The problem was not this though, the problem was that some of the neighbors decided to break the 2 person guest limit and were not there to watch their kids..making the pool a bad experience.
Also, I know who write this review, they lived in the same hallway. Nice people...BUT, they were not home much. And, I had to listen to THEIR dog barking everytime they left. We asked management to put a not under their door because we didn't want to be rude, and they never handled it. That dog barked all the time.

you are nit picking. Dogs bark it's their nature, it's like asking you to keep your mouth closed all day! maybe you should move to a community that doesn't accept pets. If you live somewhere with a hundred other people, they are not all going to be perfect.
