Pondview Apartments

Not Happy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We lived here for only 6 months, and while from the outside the apartments look great, we did not have a pleasant experience. On top of the noise, unsupervised children running in the parking lot/everywhere else, and slow repair time, we were cited for the most ridiculous "offenses". Since when was having an outside chair on our porch considered a lease violation' Also they give little notice (and never a phone call, only a note under the door, which a.) sometimes b/c of work wan't recieved in time or b.) the dog ate it) for anything that occurs, which ended up with them towing our car b/c we were out of town during a parking lot sweep. The management is SUPER SUPER nice, but somehow it was a very miserable 6 months. The unit itself was really great-no complaints there-and it was great that dogs were allowed, but the rent was way overpriced, and the pet fees were ridiculous. This isn't the worst place I've seen, but I would not recommend it to anyone I know just from what we experienced in just 6 months.
