Lived here with two roommates. The two bedroom was very spacious, and all well maintanenced. It was a very quiet building, very very rarely heard the neighbors. The only things that did bother me was the way the most 'interesting' neighbors would gather on the stairs right in front of the doors to smoke during the summer nights... very fun to get by them with armloads of groceries. Also I would not leave a nicer looking vehicle parked in the lot if not in a garage. Valve caps were stolen off my boyfriend's car and once someone tried to punch his trunk to get in. Otherwise management was very accomodating. We had a microwave, and dishwasher and the laundry machines were kept very orderly. I would recommend to someone on a budget, who isn't overly concerned with their car in the lot. I drove a piece of crap and it was never bothered, and one of my roommates just parked his in the garage and again, no problems.
