poor place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This apt. complex is like a FRAT. house quickly turning into a slum. Many residents are very noisy. There is frequent loud partying. The trash collection and removal is inadequate. The garage smells of rotting garbage. The management is unresponsive. The rent we pay is about the highest of any in the city, but we receive little for these high payments. I will move as soon as the lease is up.
