I have lived here for almost 2 years and thank god I am leaving!! The toilet never flushes on the first, or even second try for that matter. And, yes folks, even when it's just #1 :). When I moved in I was told I would get 1/2 month free for signing a 12month lease and then I was told that was for a different type of apt, not mine even though it was written on my move-in folder. They gave me 6 months of free parking instead. The garage constantly reeks of rotten garbage. There are young people running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night being rude, drunk and disrespectful. I am a 30 year old server in a sports bar, I can handle pretty much anything when it comes to noise. But, come on... really' Who builds a brand new building and makes it so you have to have a home phone in order to let your visitors in' Majority of people do not have home phones anymore! Get with the program! The decor initially looks nice but then you'll notice the little things like how cheap it all is. The cabinets aren't nice wood, the closet space in a 1br is HORRIBLE and, no, there aren't any storage lockers to rent out. You're practically forced to rent a garage space because there isn't even close to enough parking in the outside lot. The windows seem like they're going to blow when there's a storm and god forbid you're actaully trying to sleep at 4-6am when the garbage truck comes to pickup the trash. The windows are so thin, it's like you're standing next to the truck itself... and I live on the top floor. I had left water in a cup for 3 days in my sink while I was out of town, it molded. Gross! The main elevator and the garages are constantly having a mind of their own and the staff is definitely on their own time when it comes to fixing it. Speaking of staff... -------- has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I feel like the "red headed step child" when she talks to me and I have had conversations with many other residents who feel the same way. When I brought it up to other staff members, they rolled their eyes and made the comment "Another complaint about --------...." well, then DO SOMETHING!!! I could really go on and on but haven't you heard enough' What will I miss when I leave' My huge bathtub. Yep, that's it...
