Will miss the place.

We lived there for a little over a year. May 09-Aug 10. Loved the place. We did have underground parking which I would recommend to everyone. My personal favorites are the large bathrooms, the outside hot tub, the short walk to Cooper's grocery or the Parkway. The heating and air conditioning was super cheap, we had at least the fan going all the time 24/7 and our bill never went over $100, that was with air and heat. I loved the newness and cleanness of it all, and especially allowing pets.
The kitchen had so much space I used the pantry closet for most of my books and some storage. There was only the two of us, so there was always little food in place. The closet space was more than enough, unless you are a clothes and shoes hoarder. I purge mine often, so I was fine. My only complaint, as I have mentioned before and to management is the center elevator in building 1730. The week before we moved it was out four times in six days, that was the beginning of Sept. I was extremely happy that it did work the day we moved! If they fixed that permanently they would have it made.
This is a younger crowd, typically 25-35 age group and within a year there seemed to be more kids. We are Baby Boomers, and moved because we wanted a bit more quiet during the summer days and evenings and we wanted to move to the burbs closer to my family. It was a matter of personal preference. The pool was always clean, but they could use more lounge chairs. The clubhouse is great, I used the lower one for my sister's baby shower, and the kitchen held all of our food and plenty of utensils.
The location within the cities is awesome, everywhere is only about 20-30 minutes away. With all that said, I would only recommend if you are looking for an apartment to make a visit and judge for yourself, and if you are looking in 1730, please ask about the elevators. Oh, and the moon views at night from our apartment which faced west was romantic and relaxing. Sipping wine and eating fancy cheeses at midnight will be a memory for a long time to come.
