We moved in two months ago. I have no complaints! The layout of our apartment is awesome, we have plenty of sun, which is important in Minnesota. Having moved form a brownstone, to here has made a huge difference in my demeanor and attitude towards life. The amendities are above all other places. The hottub is a regular visit, even in sprinkling rain. Two pool tables are huge, since my husband is addicted to pool he can now play at 3am if he chooses. I have not found this place to be loud or obnoxious. I have always used a fan to sleep with and drown out unwated noise, and the regular fan in the apartment works great, so I don't need one now. The closet space is amazing! I don't even use it all and I have a lot of clothes. We have a two bedroom, two bath facing the fountain, open the patio doors and instant negative ionization, very calming and soothing after a hard day at work.

I am a people watcher, I can drink my own coffee and sit on my patio and have the same envirionment as a Caribou Coffee shop. Central air over wall/window air conditioners beat anything. I have have my apartment at the temperature I want within minutes. The fireplace is awesome, I can even pretend it is winter with a cup of cocoa, turn on my fireplace and watch a movie.

The staff are amazing, friendly and easy to work with. I get a lot of catalog orders, and having them sign and keep my package works great, no more running to UPS or FedEx before they close. They have been attentive and are concerned with my happiness here. We have underground parking with a large storage shed, we purchased, but it fit perfectly. Our first stall didn't work so well, and my husband asked about a few others, and we are now in the most perfect spot for our large Audi.

Having laudry in the unit also makes my busy life simple. We have a larger space than some others, so we can keep our clothes that need to be hung right in the laundry room, and even store our vacuum cleaner.

There is a large diverse population here. Families, single people, young and old from all over the world. It is fun to watch and interact at the pool. We are across from the pool area and on a Saturday you can here the chatter of people and kids playing. I love that. And, if I need quiet, I shut my windows and doors and I don't hear a sound. The blinds make a bright room completely dark, so napping is perfect.

The rooms are large and fit out BowFlex Revolution perfectly at an angle. So the second room holds not only that but my husband's home office with plenty of room.

I would recommond this place for busy people who need to be pampered with great service, a hottub and an apartment with Chi and Feng Shue, this is the place! Feel free to e-mail if you have any questions.
