Rose Vista Apartments

It's not luxury, but very nice and worth the money. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   In the two years we've lived here, I've had no complaints with the staff or maintenance crew. However, the hallways and common areas inside the apartments were not always kept up nicely. Nevertheless, the staff is always doing small things to update the buildings and grounds. They also plan a few community events, remember your birthday, and other small gestures of appreciation. The party room is very nice, and the pool area is relaxing. It's a very convenient location. Recently discovered that these apartments are qualified for Section 8. Most of the residents in my building have been quiet, however there have been a few "shady" residents. But, you can get that with any apartment living.
