Rose vista is one of the best places to live around st. paul. It is a great location, and the property its self is very nice. The people who work here are very friendly if you dont just scream at them like i have seen some people do. The new office building with a party room that is by the new pool is great. It is the place to be on a hot summer afternoon. Judging by what the buildings look like you may think that it is a mediocre place, but when you enter the apartments they are all refurbished and look amazing. i am very happy with my pad, and i dont know why anyone would not like living here.

First of all her name is not Tanisha. Second of all to get respect u need to give it no matter if u are the customer. You will find anyone to be respectful as long as you give respect. I like her a lot and she's been helpful from day one. She is the one I prefer to speak with because when I do I get fast and prompt service. You are the idiot and need psycho treatment. I've learned that Teesha is a firm individual and you will not see a bad side of her unless you are breaking policies or your plain disrespectful to her. You go Tee because your good at what you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Tee" are you making comments on here again? You don't do your job right, I've seen you many times gabbing on the phone to guys, flirting. But, I really can't say it is your fault for working for a scam company. It is obvious the outdoor pool is a scam because here it is filled up with water on June 10 but no one can use it. Obviously this is a scam to get people to move into the building. And Tee is in on the scam because she works here. Sorry but you are. It is false advertising which is illegal!! Plus, your post didn't even make sense. Don't you know English? "your plain disrespectful.." I think you meant "you're.." I can tell by your post that you're a very stupid individual who would fall for the scam being initiated by Rose Vistas and the Sage Company (owned by the Goodman Group).

CAUTION!!!! Goodman Group/owner of this property, DOES WRITE THEIR OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE SITES. Goodman group wrote and posted the SAME EXACT REVIEW on two different apartments of theirs, the bradley house in st paul, mn, and brentwood park townhomes in hopkins, mn (see reviews both dated 7/26/06. I strongly suggest anyone use caution when reading these "positive reviews" because, not only do they have some of the same EXACT posts written about their different properties, almost all of their positive posts are written the same exact way on all of their sites.
