I lived there for 14 years. The staff were always professional and responsive to my requests for service. Over the years they've made many improvements to the complex that enhanced the quality of living there. It's a safe neighborhood with major stores just minutes away.
I lived there for a long time because it was a good place that was well run in a great location. What more can you ask for'

This entry was most likely written by the management staff. For one thing, Rose Vistas isn't "minutes" away from major stores. It is seconds (steps) away. But, the management staff are not responsive and are not nice. Furthermore, Rose Vistas claim to have a pool. When you look at the place to rent here, you see the pool. When you move in, you even get a key to the pool. But you can't use the pool. They have another lock on it all the time and don't give out keys to anyone. The pool has sit empty all summer.

CAUTION!!!! Goodman Group/owner of this property, DOES WRITE THEIR OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE SITES. Goodman group wrote and posted the SAME EXACT REVIEW on two different apartments of theirs, the bradley house in st paul, mn, and brentwood park townhomes in hopkins, mn (see reviews both dated 7/26/06. I strongly suggest anyone use caution when reading these "positive reviews" because, not only do they have some of the same EXACT posts written about their different properties, almost all of their positive posts are written the same exact way on all of their sites.

For all you blogger's that think you know what your talking about you don't know anything. The staff at Rose Vista is probably the most dedicated staff I have ever seen in my life. If the people would follow the rules maybe the pool wouldn't be closed all the time. The staff is only trying to make it safe for all the resident's. As for the maintenance personnel you are all wrong, the are very dedicated and take there jobs serious. They bust there butts and break there back's for these resident's to make it comfortable and the only reason the residents would be uncomfortable is because they make it that way. But yet again if people would just follow the rules they would be much happier.
