We lived in these apartments for 2 years (from 2001-2003)
I don't know what people are talking about when they had problems with management. we never had any problems. We enjoyed living there. they were very understanding when we were having financial issues and were paying late (with a fee of course) and anytime anything needed to be fixed, it was taken care of within days. Overall very enjoyabole place to live.

CAUTION!!!! Goodman Group/owner of this property, DOES WRITE THEIR OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE SITES. Goodman group wrote and posted the SAME EXACT REVIEW on two different apartments of theirs, the bradley house in st paul, mn, and brentwood park townhomes in hopkins, mn (see reviews both dated 7/26/06. I strongly suggest anyone use caution when reading these "positive reviews" because, not only do they have some of the same EXACT posts written about their different properties, almost all of their positive posts are written the same exact way on all of their sites.
