Rose Vista Apartments

We love it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We've lived here for a year (in one of the townhouses on the property) and we'll never move until we buy a house. Our neighbor has been here nine years and loves it. It's beautiful, there's a grocery store and strip mall across the street. Wonderful playground, pool, fitness room, community room and grounds. Fair price. Every time we call with a maintenance issue it's fixed within a day. The office staff are very friendly. Wonderful neighbors, safe neighborhood (but still diverse and convenient to city living), strict no crime and no drugs policy. We absolutely love it! The only problem is that there's no guest parking at all. Plenty for the residents, but your guests have to park at the grocery store across the street (or risk parking illegally in the apartment lot).
