If you are looking to save a few bucks by renting from Rose Vista Apartments (the Goodman Group), Please just spend the extra money and save yourself the stress. A matter of fact, the apartments across the street are excellent. Rose Vista apartments are absolutely horrible, not really the apartments, but the unprofessional, ghetto, nasty staff members and Managers. They are very nice in the beginning, but after a few months they are a pain in the ass. The property does not offer any parking for your visitors. Visitors park across the street in the winter and summer and will be charged a nasty towing fee (prices start at $250). Residents cars will be towed also, even if they move their car to the northside/southside crap as stated in move your car flyer. You will get these annoying flyers often (park here, park there, move everywhere). If you disagree with the staff or provide suggestions, they will quickly become pissed and start to act really ignorant with you. Washers and dryers are broken on a regular basis. If you live on a top floor, be ready to sweat like you in a concentration camp. Property does not change air filters, but charges you $20.00 during move out if you don't change them. By the way, deposit is $350.00, and you can forget being refunded your entire deposit. If there is dust on the light bulb, there will be a $10.00 charge. Please save yourself the time and look for a place that is comfortable and provides a property staff that is not full of fictious people.

Wow, managers please stop posting your ratings. This rating is accurate because so many others agree and have posted similar responses. Be Blessed!

WOW --- Rose Vista management is definately posting here! The person who says they have lived here 3.5 years uses the tone of the manager and I can also see the assistant manager writing such dribble -- and I am a writer as a profession. I had the poor unfortunance of living in Rose Vista for 1 year, and I can't agree more with the original poster. A few things in exact agreement: - Not getting your deposit back. The assistant manager literally took a little bobby pin and dug it deep into the cracks on the countertop to come up with a tiny bit of dirt and said the entire apartment was filthy. In the bathroom, which was bright white after I cleaned it, they said it was filthy and I asked where specifically, and she just goes, "all over," but there were no marks! -- If you disagree with the staff or provide suggestions, even in a friendly and professional manner, you will get yelled at. One time the assistant manager even called me at work to yell at me. I had to ask her to calm down, and then I think she felt a little stupid. She was literally yelling at me. Why? Well, I can't give out much details for fear this woman will remember me and come after me (seriously I should get a restraining order after I post this, as it is obvious management reads this site), but I had to leave a voice mail with a legitimate complaint and got called back to tell me how rude am I to complain about water on my bathroom floor. Yes, T & K, there is a site where people can come bash you. It's to protect the public from getting ripped off by people like you. Don't like it? Guess what, you can change. You don't need to be so rude and disrespectful. You think people disrespect you? Well no wonder. Why not treat tenants like you do prospective tenants? Heck, why not treat all people in your life with dignity and respect? You'll find life much more enjoyable, I guarantee. Bottom line: Don't live at Rose Vista unless you have a mental disability!
