You will not believe how cheap these apartments are, it is snowing profusly the steps are wet and I have almost fell a few times so whats their solution' you would think salt right' WRONG! They take the sand from the playground and put it on the steps because it is cheaper than buying salt!

We have lived here for two years and find this person's review to be insane. They are flat out lying about some things. For instance, the grounds crew comes once per week in the summer - during the day on Wednesdays. Otherwise they salt and shovel regularly (so that the sidewalks are easily usable) so you won't have any grounds problems. Maintenance is excellent - if your toilet's running badly, call the management! Ours was fixed within 24 hours, and it's the only issue we've had in two years. No hot or cold water issues and, again, the management would fix it right away if there were a problem. No "snooping" or breaking in. No crime issues - our kids play outside every day with no issues, and we walk to the grocery store and other stores with no problems. I think this reviewer must be a person who was offended (maybe got charged for late rent or something?) and is looking for a place to vent. Please disregard their crazy ranting. We love it here and we'll stay for years to come. No apartment is perfect - if you don't want to have a neighbor on the other side of your wall, or neighbors who smoke outside, then DON'T CHOOSE TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AT ALL. We've lived in a dozen apartments throughout our lives, and we'll stay at Rose Vista for many years to come because it's the best we've found in the Twin Cities.
